Privacy Policy

The data controller is:

MB Tds Express trades as Mendfold and operates www.mendfold.com.

• Contact form: your name, your email address and the message you write.
• Launch list: your email address only.

We do not ask for any other personal data on this site, and we do not use analytics or any non-essential cookies at all.

We use contact form details to read and answer your enquiry, and nothing else. We use launch list email addresses to tell you when Mendfold products go on sale, and nothing else.

To limit spam submissions, our server stores a one-way cryptographic hash derived from the sending IP address of a contact form submission. The hash cannot be turned back into an IP address and is used only to count repeated submissions.

• Contact form: taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Launch list: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the enquiry is closed, then deleted. Launch list email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and are deleted if the launch list is discontinued. Spam-protection hashes are only meaningful for a short period and are deleted with the related submission.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising, profiling or marketing purposes.

We only share your data with the service providers needed to run this site, acting on our instructions:

• Lovable — hosting of the website and its server-side code, and delivery of the emails this site sends.
• Supabase — the database in which contact form submissions and launch list email addresses are stored.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a lawful request from a public authority.

This site sets no analytics and no non-essential cookies at all, which is why you are not asked to accept any.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
• have your data erased;
• restrict how we process your data;
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
